Joe Bishop-Henchman is a lawyer and policy analyst living in Washington, DC. He is Vice President of Tax Policy & Litigation at the National Taxpayers Union Foundation, and also serves as the 20th Chair of the Libertarian National Committee. He has testified on tax law and state tax policy in 36 states, appeared in hundreds of media interviews, and his work was cited twice by the U.S. Supreme Court.
