West Virginia State Delegate Caleb Hanna embodies the very best of the LAMP community and Rep. Joseph Rainey's values. Called to public service, Delegate Hanna won office at 19 years old in 2018, becoming one of the youngest state legislators in the United States. He is currently the Assistant Majority Whip in the West Virginia House of Delegates.
In addition to his being a part of the leadership of the West Virginia House of Delegates, Del. Hanna, as a true LAMPer is firmly committed to playing a leading role in policymaking at the state level through is tenure as Vice Chair of the Select Committee on Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse. Del. Hanna also serves on the Education and Senior, Children, and Family Issues committees.
