Bill is an accomplished, data-driven leader with over a decade of experience leading, managing, and optimizing operations across various political and commercial organizations. Throughout his career, he has been a strategic partner to a diverse array of stakeholders, supporting the success of Presidential and statewide campaigns, major national political committees, Super PACs, trade associations, and non-profits.
Most recently, Bill served as the Chief Operating Officer at Data Trust, where he navigated the company through complex operational environments and significant restructurings. In this role, he was responsible for directing enterprise-level relationships, ensuring alignment between their major vendors and largest clients, overseeing large-scale budgeting, day-to-day staff management, and spearheading the organization's hardening of cybersecurity.
His earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Absentee and Early Voting at the Republican National Committee, where he acted as the primary national resource for legislative election calendars. In that capacity, he coordinated early voting activities across the Chair’s Office, Political, Data, Digital, and Communications departments, providing direct support to state parties on the unique intricacies of voter registration and balloting in all 50 states.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University, where he was a Division-I swimmer and team captain. He currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, twin children, and Otis, the puppy who never grew up.
