Charles “Chas” Baines

Chas serves as a foundations and major gifts fundraising consultant to the Rainey Center. He has years of experience in the major gifts and foundations worlds and has helped build foundations and major gifts programs for over 20 different clients in various nonprofit sectors. He has a passion for connecting donors to meaningful missions. He’s particularly passionate about the future of the American republic and the opportunities afforded to the American people.
