
With more than a decade of experience in political strategy, advocacy, and organizational leadership, Dylan Schwartz is a bipartisan strategist and coalition builder with a record of advancing pragmatic solutions at the intersection of policy, innovation, and civic leadership.
As Vice President of Strategic Engagement at the Rainey Center for Public Policy, Dylan leads initiatives that unite public, private, and community partners around shared values and priorities — strengthening democratic institutions, expanding opportunity, and fostering inclusive dialogue on the issues shaping America’s future.
Dylan’s background includes running campaigns at the city and state levels and leading coalitions on major federal initiatives. He has advised organizations working to restore balance in government, consulted on the implementation of state medical cannabis laws, and helped shape conversations in emerging sectors such as nanotechnology and advanced manufacturing.
Prior to joining the Rainey Center, he served as Senior Advisor to the Log Cabin Institute, leading Zionist and pro-Israel programming, and also managed Israel 365 Action’s campaign for the World Zionist Congress elections. Recognized by the White House as a Young Jewish Leader, he brings a collaborative approach to bridging divides and cultivating the next generation of civic leadership.
